Throughout his distinguished career, he has held a wide range of key positions, including Insurance Advisor, Agency Development Officer, Assistant Agency Development Manager, Unit Development Manager, Business Development Officer, Regional Manager, Senior Branch Manager, Deputy Manager, and Senior Regional Manager at leading organizations such as National Insurance Corporation, Janashakthi Insurance, Union Assurance PLC, Softlogic Life PLC, Allianz Life PLC, LOLC Life Assurance, Arpico Insurance, HNB Assurance, and AIA Insurance.

Committed to continuous professional development, Mr. Chandana has successfully completed qualifications in Professional Advisor Development, Agency Management, Certified Unit Leader, Certified Induction Trainer, and Certified Investment Planning. These achievements have strengthened his expertise in leadership, team development, business growth, employee training, and organizational excellence.
